We want you to love your DuskGlow products. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This complies with EU consumer protection regulations and ensures you have adequate time to evaluate your purchase.
Eligible Returns
Full Refund (Including Original Shipping)
- Defective items: Products with manufacturing defects, damage during production, or quality issues
- Wrong item shipped: If you received a different product than what you ordered
- Items damaged in transit: Products that arrived broken or damaged
Partial Refund (Original Shipping Non-Refundable)
- Change of mind: If you simply changed your mind about the purchase, we'll refund the item price minus return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used (unless defective)
- Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened
How to Request a Return
Here's how to start a return:
Step 1: Reach Out
Email us at team@duskglow.store with:
- Your order number
- What went wrong
- Photos of the item (for defective/damaged products)
Step 2: We'll Review
We'll get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions if your request is approved.
Step 3: Send It Back
Once approved, we'll send you:
- Return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
- Return address and packing instructions
Important: Please return items in their original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
Step 4: Get Your Refund
Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund promptly.

Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process your refund for the original item
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Credit/debit cards, PayPal - refunded to the same account
- Store Credit: Available upon request, never expires, can be used on any future purchase
Print-on-Demand Products
Some of our products are printed on demand and made specifically for you. These items:
- Are still covered by our defective/damaged policy
- Cannot be returned for change of mind once printing has begun
- May have slightly longer processing times for refunds due to supplier verification
